Can't access your Creator Path materials, missing your confirmation email, or have a question about your order?

Common issues

• Didn't receive your access email? Check spam/promotions folders first, then email us your order ID (from Digistore24) and we'll resend it.
• Access key not working? Make sure there are no extra spaces before/after the key. If it still fails, email us — we'll verify your order and send a fresh link.
• Can't download a PDF or the calendar spreadsheet? Try another browser or device, or email us and we'll send you a working link.
• Want a refund? See our Refund Policy — refunds are processed through Digistore24.
• Billing question? Digistore24 processes all payments; charges appear on your statement as "Digistore24.com". Contact them directly for billing-specific issues, or reach out to us and we'll help.
• Question about the guide's content? We're happy to clarify anything in the chapters, checklists or templates. We can't review or rate individual videos, and we can't predict how any video will perform.
